Send us your request in advance and we confirm the available vehicle — or an approved similar alternative — along with the final price, the security requirement, and the hand-over details, so everything is settled before your flight.
Luma does not have an airport desk or branch. Instead, we coordinate a hand-over with you: we deliver the car to the airport and confirm exactly where to meet.
What to share with your request
To arrange an airport hand-over we ask for your pickup date and time, your flight number, and the terminal or meeting point that suits you. We confirm the meeting point with you directly.
If your flight is delayed, message us on WhatsApp — we coordinate the hand-over time around your actual arrival so you are not left waiting or paying for time you did not use.
Documents to prepare
UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Visitors need a passport and a driving licence; whether a foreign licence is accepted on its own or an International Driving Permit is also needed depends on the issuing country, which we confirm with you before your rental.
Free airport delivery is available, and delivery elsewhere in Dubai can be arranged, with the exact arrangement confirmed for your request.
Returning the car
The return arrangement is confirmed with your booking — including where and when to hand the car back. If your plans change, tell us on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is possible.
