This page explains what the Luma website stores, what optional measurement does, and how you can control it.
Information you enter
Details entered in the rental request are kept in your browser while you complete the request. When you choose to continue, your device opens WhatsApp with the request prepared for you to send. Luma does not send those details to Google Ads.
Necessary website storage
The website may store essential preferences needed to remember choices such as language and cookie consent. These preferences support the website experience and are not used as Google Ads conversions.
Optional measurement cookies
Google Ads measurement remains off unless you select “Accept all cookies.” After acceptance, the website may measure anonymous request steps and approved conversion actions. It does not send your name, phone number, email, request message, exact dates, flight number, delivery details, or free-text notes to Google Ads.
Your choice
You can reject optional cookies when the cookie panel first appears. You can also reopen “Cookie settings” at any time to change your choice.
Online payments
If you choose online payment, Ziina processes the payment and card details under its own privacy and security terms. Luma sends Ziina the payment amount and booking reference, not your confirmation email or free-text rental request. The website retains your confirmation email in a secure, short-lived cookie for up to 30 minutes so it can be included in your post-payment WhatsApp handoff. Luma does not receive or store your card details.
