What is confirmed in your agreement
For longer premium rentals, details such as the mileage allowance, insurance and excess, and any replacement-vehicle arrangement are set out in your rental agreement. We describe what applies to your specific rental rather than making blanket promises.
Documents and payment
UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence; visitors need a passport and a driving licence, with foreign-licence acceptance depending on the issuing country. Your Advisor confirms exactly what you need. Payment is arranged securely once your rental is agreed, either 30% now with the balance due at handover, or in full.
